My Sons
As I observe you:
I see a prism of colors, diversely reflecting God’s image.
I see hands extended, graciously giving what was yours to keep.
I see a mighty surge of water, doing great good when guided.
I see geniuses, thinking in ways that helps your father see.
…
You’ll go far and you’ll do great things. Your limits will be obstacles, and your dependence will bring you further than you’d imagine.
For it’s God who gave you life and strength. And it is God who will meet you with grace in the morning.
Don’t let your foot hit the ground before your heart has soared in the heavens. Don’t try and satisfy a life with brevity when it was designed for eternity.
